Weber Properties is a family owned and
operated manufactured housing land development company
with a focus on providing the best value
for our customers and clients. Paul A.
Weber Sr. (founder) started with a goal of
providing affordable housing in and
around Central PA. In the last 35 years
the business has grown to include four
manufactured housing communities and two
storage facilities for residential and
commercial business without losing the
goal of providing the very best service
and value in every product.
Weber Properties is a small local business where
family is the key ingredient. Paul Weber
Sr. has been owner for over 35 years. His
daughter joined the business in 2000
along with her husband. Vicki is
Weber Properties jack of all trades. She
not only does the book keeping, she also assists
with resident issues and answering the phone.
