Rolling Hills is a land lease 55+ Community nestled in the countryside of Myerstown, PA.  We are currently constructing the infrastructure for Phase II.  This will expand Rolling Hills by over 20 lots.  Weber Properties has lots currently available in Phase II and two model homes available for tours. These include the Nantucket and Manchester models.

Each lot is approximately 1/4 acre in size which allows plenty of space between neighbors.  It also allows for plenty of room to garden and enjoy the weather.  There are sidewalks and street lights throughout the neighborhood.  We do allow pets as long as they are curbed when out on walks.  The land lease fee is $275 per month which includes:  lawn mowing, street snow removal, trash and recycling removal.

If you are not from the Lebanon area here is some information of local interest.  Rolling Hills is within driving distance of Good Samaritan Hospital (15 minutes), Penn State Hershey Medical Center (40 minutes), and Reading Hospital (30 minutes).  There is grocery shopping within 5 minutes of the community as well.

** Turn right onto route 422 East.  Continue for about 15 minutes.  Pass Martin's Fabric Barn on left side.  Soon turn left at light onto Ramona Road.  At T in road turn right onto Stracks Dam Road.  Take immediate left onto Houtztown Road.  Rolling Hills is 1.5 miles ahead on the right side.
